One Problem I Couldn't Ignore.
My name is Matt. I've spent 20 years as an electrician — on job sites, in crawl spaces, pulling wire at 6am and troubleshooting panels at 9pm. I know what it means to work in the trades. Not from a case study. From experience.
Today I work as a certified residential home inspector — focused on new construction — at Burgess Construction Consultants, inspecting new builds and working directly alongside contractors and builders every single day. Before that, I spent years in sales and as a project manager for a commercial electrical company — so I understand how to run a job, manage client expectations, and deliver on time.
